What is your return policy?

You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it in exchange for a replacement, store credit, or a refund minus any shipping cost we have incurred. For international orders, any customs duties and taxes already paid will also be deducted from the refund amount.

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition. If there are any signs of wear or if tags have been removed, the item will be sent back to you and the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.

The cost of return shipping will be shouldered by the customer.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete, correct, and secure before placing your order, as we are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, it will be reissued once received back and will incur a reshipping fee.
